EXPERIENCED SALES EXECUTIVES - Part time or full time

 Job Summary: Our Sales team is responsible for procuring new customers, maintaining/growing relationships, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate has five-plus years of recent title agency experience and maintains a reliable book of business.

The Sales Executive is responsible for attracting new customers and servicing their existing clients by facilitating communication between the client and the production and settlement departments. They are also responsible for exploring new marketing opportunities and developing strong relationships with attorneys, lenders, realtors and other such professionals within the title supply chain.

 Primary responsibilities:

  • Solicit sales from attorneys, realtors, and lenders

  • Attend closings as assigned

  • Provide Customer service by monitoring closing files and proactively engaging clients

  • Attend conventions and other networking events

  • Explore and suggest alternative ways to grow the company’s customer base

  • Plan seminars

Education and Experience:

  •  5+ years in sales experience

  • High school diploma or higher

  • Must hold a Title Producer License

  • Notary or be willing to acquire within 90 days start

  • Valid, clean driver’s license

  • Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and organizing

  • Microsoft Office experience with emphasis on Word preferred

  • Experience in Accu-Title/TitleDesktop or similar Title management software

  • Must pass background checks for crime and credit
